Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Explicit Consent Text

 As Anovator Türkiye, we process your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In this context, it is aimed to inform you and obtain your explicit consent regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data: Your personal data, in accordance with KVKK and other relevant legal regulations; It is processed in order to provide our services, to communicate with you, to provide after-sales support, to provide technical and software support, to conduct customer satisfaction analyses, and to carry out campaigns and information activities.

2. Processing Method of Your Personal Data: Your personal data is collected and processed through the form you share with us, the information you fill out electronically, or other written, verbal or digital channels while benefiting from the services offered by Anovator Turkey.

Parties to which your personal data will be transferred and Purposes of Transfer: Your personal data may be shared with third parties (business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations) only when necessary for the purpose of service delivery, after-sales support, marketing activities, measurement of customer satisfaction, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
